Fulfillment Policy

At Shaundiin Designs, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep. Below are the details of our fulfillment process:

  1. Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

    • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information (if applicable).

  2. Shipping and Delivery

    • At this time, we only offer standard shipping options.

    • Estimated delivery times are 3-8 business days for standard shipping.

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

  3. Order Changes or Cancellations

    • If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at info@shaundiindesigns.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

    • Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are NOT possible. Please see our Return Policy if you no longer need your order.  

  4. Undeliverable Packages

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  5. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • In the event of a damaged or lost package, please reach out to us at info@shaundiindesigns.com within 3 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

  6. Fulfillment Exceptions

    • While we strive to fulfill all orders accurately and promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other disruptions may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates as available.
